We focus exclusively on residential service and repair: water heaters, repipes, sewer line, gas, drain cleaning, and general repair. Not new construction. Not remodels. Not 24/7 emergency. Just the work that needs to be done right, on time, with documentation.

Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. Every job starts with an in-home diagnostic and a written three-option quote — you see all three prices before any work begins. We are flat-rate, not hourly: the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Do you do 24/7 emergency calls?
No. We work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. If you have an active emergency outside those hours, shut off your main water valve and call us first thing in the morning.
What areas do you cover?
Our primary service area is Windsor (95492), Healdsburg (95448), and the Fountaingrove and Bennett Valley neighborhoods of Santa Rosa (95403, 95404, 95405, 95409) — these are where we work most weeks. We also accept work across the wider Sonoma County area on request. Give us a call and we will work with you on scheduling.

Do you do new construction or remodels?
No. We focus on residential service and repair — water heaters, repipes, sewer line, gas, drain cleaning, and general repair. If you need a remodel or new build, we are happy to refer you to a general contractor who specializes.

Flat-rate, not hourly. After diagnosis you receive three written options at three price points. You see the price before any work begins. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
